Job Title: Quality and Compliance Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facility management services. Our team in Switzerland is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our growing Facility Management organization in the Life Science sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality and technical compliance teams, including staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Define site-specific quality goals and objectives, measured through defined KPIs.
  • Responsible for creating and processing deviations, incidents, investigations, CAPAs, and changes related to GMP activities.
  • Support and partner with the Facility Management department in quality and compliance issues.
  • Liaise with site lead, client representatives, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with site goals.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement of Quality and Compliance for CBRE.
  • Support the Site and Regional Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly figures and reports.
  • Ensure GxP compliance and qualification of all regulated service vendors.
  • Escalate and notify CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.
  • Create and revise standard operation procedures and service level agreements between the client and CBRE as required.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in a scientific or technical field, such as biology, microbiology, chemistry, or engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Several years' experience in a pharmaceutical research/manufacturing quality organization.
  • cGMP experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or food industry is preferable.
  • Analytical and logical thinking, flexible and precise way of working.
  • Willing to expand and pass on technical know-how internally and externally.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Experience with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite, and Online Help. Previous experience with SAP, Trackwise, Regulus, and/or CMMS systems preferable.
  • Previous leadership experience preferable.
