Join us as a Senior Trade Finance Operations Specialist and contribute to the success of Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd. as a member of our dynamic multicultural team.

You will be responsible for managing assigned programs, including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring, and risk reporting.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Managing daily tasks within assigned programs
  • Monitoring program processes
  • Providing training to stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems
  • Evaluating and issuing change requests and reviewing them with clients
  • Ensuring agreements are implemented and monitored
  • Updating program relevant manuals and procedures regularly
  • Reporting/escalating risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to superiors
  • User acceptance testing of new features to be released to production
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with business partners
  • Participating in potential projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations roles within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
