Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to drive our full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups. They should be creative in sourcing, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves:

  • Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices.
  • Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data.
