Wir suchen eine fähige Fachkraft, die mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain Management Branche nachweisen kann. Die neue Kollegin oder der neue Kollege sollte flexibel und eigeninitiativ sein, schnell aufgabenbezogene Probleme lösen können und resistent gegenüber Stresssituationen ist. Im Idealfall verfügt sie/er bereits über erste Erfahrungen als Teamleiter oder -führer.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Die Hauptaufgabe unserer neuen Kollegin/eines Neuen Kollegen besteht darin, 3 Mitarbeiter zu führen. Des Weiteren werden Anleitung für IT-Entwickler gegeben, ohne selbst aktiv Programmieren zu müssen. Der Teammitglied wird Eigenverantwortung übernehmen und so proaktiv handeln, sowie intrinsisch motiviert sein, um verschiedene Ziele zu erreichen. Im Unternehmen sind auch Querschnittsfunktionen wie der IT-Support ein Teil der Aufgaben.
