We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Model Architect to join our team at Nicoll Curtin in the Zurich area. This role requires a C1 level of German language proficiency.
As a key member of our AI Competence Centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced machine learning models in generative AI. Your strong communication skills will be highly valued as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI insights into various processes. You will also develop scalable AI solutions, create AI tools, and mentor junior team members.
Key qualifications for this role include a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, at least 5 years of commercial experience in machine learning and generative AI, strong skills in Python and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), experience with MLOps and deployment of AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models in generative AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI insights into various processes
- Develop scalable AI solutions
- Create AI tools
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
