About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating transactions, managing calendars, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate transactional activities, including budget planning, E-Billing management, and invoice management.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, document preparation, and filing.Requirements:
- Robust experience as an Administrative Professional or Expert Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Business Coordinator.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Excellent MS Office professional and profound IT knowledge.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German and French is a plus.
