Wir suchen nach einem kreativen SAP Senior EWM Experten (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Festanstellung, der innovative Lösungen entwickelt und das Team mit seinem Fachwissen bereichert.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Intensive Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Analyse und Neugestaltung ihrer Lager- und Logistikprozesse
  • Erhebung von Geschäftsanforderungen und die Ausarbeitung passgenauer SAP EWM-Lösungen, abgestimmt auf die Unternehmensstrategie
  • Verantwortlich für die Implementierung von SAP EWM-Lösungen, inklusive der Integration mit anderen SAP-Modulen wie SAP MM und SAP WM
  • Design und Implementierung von Schnittstellen zu externen Systemen wie Transportmanagement-Software und Bestandsmanagement-Tools
  • Durchgehende Optimierung von Logistikprozessen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Durchführung von Customizing in SAP EWM, Erstellung von individuellen Erweiterungen und Anpassungen zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Benutzeroberflächen
  • Langfristige Betreuung und Support nach der Implementierung von SAP EWM-Lösungen
  • Verantwortung für die Koordination und das Projektmanagement, inkl. Ressourcenplanung und Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP EWM-Projekten, insbesondere in komplexen und internationalen Logistikumfeldern
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration und im Customizing von SAP EWM, einschließlich der Schnittstellenintegration zu anderen SAP-Modulen und externen Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung und im Projektmanagement (z. B. agile Methoden, klassische Projektmethoden)
  • Starker Fokus auf die Optimierung von Logistikprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Kostensenkung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen und in der Einführung neuer Technologien im Lagerbereich
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Systemanforderungen verständlich zu vermitteln und eng mit den Endanwendern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil
  • SAP S/4HANA Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit SAP Fiori Apps
  • Eine Zertifizierung als SAP EWM Consultant (z. B. SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Extended Warehouse Management) sind von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder vergleichbares

Voraussichtlicher Lohn: CHF 80'000 - 100'000 pro Jahr (abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikationen)
