As an operations specialist in a precious metals vault, you will play a critical role in overseeing the receipt, storage, movement, and reconciliation of various precious metals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the secure receipt, storage, and dispatch of precious metals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
* Conduct detailed inspections and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, including weight, purity, and serial numbers.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using vault management systems.
* Support physical inventory checks, reconciliations, and audits to ensure all assets are accounted for.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in vault operations, inventory management, logistics, or financial services.
* Experience handling precious metals, commodities, or high-value assets is a strong plus.
