Logistics Manufacturing Upstream Team Lead

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the Richemont OPS&BF department, you will be responsible for managing the Logistic Manuf Upstream Product/Team as a direct report to the Product Area Manager (PAM) Logistic. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the global template in terms of systems, processes, and functions on a worldwide scale.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the strategic direction given by the OPS&BF integration management
  • Developing and maintaining a global template based on the Richemont business model in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), Business Process Owner Logistics (BPO), Business Logistic Manufacturing, Brand (Maisons) & Richemont business functions
  • Actively participating in the budget setup and review of the responsible area
  • Managing and developing teams in close collaboration with the Product Area Manager
  • Conducting and effectively implementing the individual performance management process of the Logistic Manuf Upstream Product/Team and proposing compensation reviews where and when appropriate
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • University degree in Information technology or engineering
  • At least 4 years of experience in the area of Logistic SAP EWM implementations, including proven experience in managing people and projects
  • Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization)
  • Proven experience in SAP EWM
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Credibility as a central contact for the business
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with MES integration, Kardex (or similar) integrations, RF Guns, and other logistic-centric tools
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC modules (e.g. PTP, OTC, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and French
