What We're Looking For:
  • Motivation: You are motivated, curious, and want to learn new things

  • Recent Graduate: Have recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are looking for a direct start into professional life
  • Language Skills: German language skills at least level B2
Our Trainee Program:
  • Basic Training: 3 months of basic training in the company followed by allocation to the areas of Category Management, Marketing/Sales, Finance/HR, or IT/Supply Chain
  • Departmental Support: You will be supported by the trainee supervisors of the respective departments
