Wir suchen eine/n Informatiker/in als ICT Supporter/in für unser Migrationsprojekt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur anzupassen, indem Terminalserver auf Fat Clients umgestellt werden oder Windows 11 bereitgestellt wird.

Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit am Servicedesk /1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Verwaltung der Benutzerkonten und Bereitstellung von Endgeräten
  • Durchführung von Erstbenutzer-Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit im Migrationsprojekt

Der/die Kandidat soll über folgende Qualifikationen verfügen:

  • Informatiker EFZ, allenfalls mit Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Microsoft, VMware und Citrix
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft-Umgebungen

Weitere Anforderungen sind:

  • Erstellung von Installationsanleitungen für die Softwarepaketierung
  • Rollo aus des neuen Standard-Arbeitsplatz an allen Verwaltungsstandorten
  • Unterstützung der Benutzenden bei der Datenmigration und Ersteinrichtung sowie Early-Life-Support
