About the Role
As a seasoned software engineer with a deep understanding of the Avaloq stack, you will provide expertise to the Trade & Transaction reporting unit within the broader Avaloq Regulatory team at J. Safra Sarasin.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing Trade and Transaction reporting solutions
- Develop new functionalities or changes to existing functionalities in Trade and Transaction reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement small to medium-sized projects
- Challenge and re-think existing solutions (architecture) with the Trade and Transaction reporting unit
- Contribute to the broader Avaloq Regulatory team, assisting in other expert fields (Tax, Compliance, Legal Reporting, Accounting)
About You
- Higher education in Informatics or Computer Science, preferably with a specialization in Software Engineering
- Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) training
- 4 years of practical experience in Avaloq development
- Solid understanding of banking and finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and possess a hands-on mentality
- Strong work ethics, integrity, and high level of accountability
- Fluency in English
