About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Business Partner to join our team at Cicor Management AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Consolidation and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the Group Accounting Manager to consolidate monthly financial figures and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
    • Review subsidiary financial data and execute intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
    • Prepare monthly reports for executive management and the board, including analysis and commentary on business performance.
    • Act as the Controlling Business Partner for a specific geographical business unit, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Process Development and Projects:
    • Develop and improve reporting processes to enhance financial transparency and efficiency.
    • Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure strategic alignment.
    • Lead and contribute to finance projects, such as BI integration, CRM development, and financial integration of new acquisitions.
  • Data Analysis and Consulting:
    • Analyze and prepare financial data, creating presentations to support business decisions.
    • Serve as a point of contact for the global finance team regarding questions on monthly reporting and financial data.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in working with large datasets and experience with IT applications, particularly Excel and databases.
    • Structured and precise working style, with a strong interest in consolidation, reporting, and controlling.
    • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
    • Team-oriented personality with a passion for numbers and processes.
