Main Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborative Compliance: Foster a collaborative environment where data protection, AI governance, and privacy practices are continually reviewed and enhanced to meet regulatory requirements.
  3. Talent Development: Cultivate a culture of growth and excellence, providing strategic guidance and support to Digital Ethics & Compliance Officers.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Play a key role in building an open communication culture among Digital Ethics & Compliance Officers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
  5. Process Innovation: Champion ongoing improvements in data protection, AI governance, and privacy practices, infused with a spirit of innovation and foresight.
  6. Risk Management: Lead a forward-thinking risk management approach, proactively evaluating digital initiatives for potential risks.

Your Background:

  1. Degree in Law, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Desirable specializations include data protection, privacy law, AI regulations, or digital ethics.
  3. A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  4. Substantial background in performance management, including experience in setting and achieving performance metrics.
  5. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, enabling you to motivate and direct teams toward success.
  6. Experience in project management, with a talent for implementing efficient processes and driving operational excellence.
  7. Established expertise in data protection and privacy laws, as well as a willingness to explore AI governance.
  8. Proven ability to collaborate across functions and with diverse teams in a complex, global organization.
  9. A strategic mindset, equipped to see the larger picture and drive transformation.
  10. Fluency in English is essential, facilitating effective communication across our global team and with international stakeholders.
