We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Omya AG. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation strategy and overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions and services that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Digital Solutions and Services: Manage the development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions and services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, financial conditions, quality standards, best practices, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements, assess technology needs, and prioritize initiatives to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
- Drive Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of modern technologies and approaches within the business and in collaboration with the digital services team.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of business relationship managers, solution managers, service owners, service managers, engineers, and analysts based on the defined culture and company values.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to leverage cutting-edge tools, resources, and expertise for optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and Report on Value Creation: Monitor and report on the value creation of the digital transformation roadmap, of the related new solution and measure the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions/services, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and master's degree in technology management or business administration; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership position within an international Digital transformation department or IT, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and board members. Strong knowledge and experience in applying ITIL, COBIT, Portfolio and Project Management, and DevOps principles and practices to solution design and service operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.
