We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team in Bern-Liebefeld, Switzerland, where we employ approximately 100 professionals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining maintenance documentation, technical records, and electrical schematics
  • Executing routine inspections and tasks in line with electrical safety protocols
  • Performing troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including inspections and revisions
  • Assisting with investment projects
  • Independently planning and executing smaller projects

What you bring to the role:

  • A completed technical qualification as an Electrician, Electromechanic, or Automation Engineer
  • Possession of an operating electrician permit as per Art. 13 NIV or a willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Strong knowledge in measurement, control, and both strong and weak current technology, particularly in Siemens SPS control systems
  • Ability to interpret circuit diagrams
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a self-directed work approach
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, with basic English proficiency (Level A1)
  • A proactive, conscientious, and independent work style
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties
