Digital Transformation Consultant

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our customers' digital futures. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and work closely with our customers to realize their digitalization projects on the ServiceNow platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our customers' business processes and develop solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • System Integration: Design and implement interfaces to customer-specific peripheral systems.
  • Solution Development: Develop customized solutions and advise customers on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Support pre-sales through proof-of-concepts.

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree in IT, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in ServiceNow development and advanced certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS).
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
