At RM Group (Switzerland), we are seeking a highly skilled Biologist to join our team in Basel. As a member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing and characterizing novel in vivo oncology models.
We require a candidate with a strong background in biology, biochemistry, or related fields. Your tasks will include performing efficacy studies with cutting-edge radioligand therapies, as well as performing bio-distribution studies and metabolites analysis.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also perform pre-clinical imaging studies including PET/SPECT/uCT, and support colleagues with various in vitro and ex vivo activities such as cell culture, flow cytometry, IHC, immunofluorescence, PCR, and Western blotting.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A qualified Lab Technician (apprenticeship/vocational training) or BSc/MSc in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacology, or related field.
- Experience in performing animal studies, including animal handling, drug application, sampling, and animal welfare regulations.
- LTK1 or equivalent required.
- Excellent comprehension skills and attention to detail.
- A high degree of self-organization and time management.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
