EMEA Operations Director

This is a unique opportunity to lead at one of the world's biggest and most iconic test and-measurement companies. The Commercial Operations Director EMEA will be instrumental in driving the transformation to a multi-layered and innovative solutions organization, with high sense of accountability and continuous improvement culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise all Instruments (New products from our manufacturing) and Service (Calibration, maintenance and demonstration units) operations for Europe.
- Management of back-office departments, e.g. order management, sales enablement and operation analysts, trade compliance, logistics, warehouse, used equipment sales – leading a team of 4 managers and extended team of ca. 25 employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong 'customer satisfaction' mindset and demonstrated ability in Commercial operations: crafting and driving strategy and vision of the department. A University degree in Operations Management, Logistics Management or Business Administration is preferred.
