Job Title: VIP Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our technology systems, as well as collaborating with our support peers to enhance knowledge and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Support and Maintenance: Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support technology and office systems.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with support peers to enhance knowledge of supported technologies and business cycles.
- Documentation and Communication: Update the knowledge base and ensure accurate information is available, document actions and solutions in the incident management system, and communicate with clients on incident and request statuses.
- Technology Acquisition and Implementation: Ensure technology meets local business needs, participate in acquisition and implementation, and develop knowledge of business cycles and technical requirements.
- Project Participation: Participate in projects involving new technology evaluation and integration, complete project tasks and execute test plans as assigned, and communicate project status and new technology information to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience minimum as an IT Supporter
- Education: IT educational background
- Skills: Familiar with the Microsoft environment, O365, ServiceNow, AD, Windows, and CISCO network
- Language: Flawless English (C1 level minimum required) - French is optional
