Coopers Group AG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Basel.
Job Description:This role will support assigned leaders and teams with various administrative and operational activities, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and events. The successful candidate will manage the agenda of the leader(s) according to best practice time management principles and coordinate domestic/international travel and conference calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the calendar and schedule of senior leaders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference calls
- Prepare department budget reports and monitor expenses
- Organize filing and storage of information
- Edit and format executive-level presentations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior/executive level leaders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail, gCal, gDrive, gMeet, and Calendar
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and complex issues
