Helvetia Resources AG is a prominent supplier of Ferroalloys in Europe and North America. To support our strategic growth, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Ferroalloys division as a Manager/Director.

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Manager/Director in Ferroalloys at Helvetia Resources AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the Ferroalloys division, developing strategies to optimize production and enhance profitability, and leading a team to ensure efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Ferroalloys division with a focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team development.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Mentor and guide a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Ferroalloys industry, with knowledge of production processes and market trends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English, German, and Georgian is essential; additional languages are an asset.
