Job Opportunity: ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Propulsion Systems Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented engineer to develop simulations, test stands, and test procedures for new drone designs. The ideal candidate will have experience with airframe and propulsion design for small aircraft and a strong knowledge of Python and C++.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize propulsion systems for new drone generations
- Design and oversee lifetime tests of propulsion components
- Support in-house prototype drone building and flight testing
- Contribute to the development of automated flight analyses and safety procedures
- Identify and analyze field issues and implement fixes

Requirements:

- Degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or relevant field
- Experience with airframe and propulsion design for small aircraft
- Good knowledge of Python and familiarity with C++
- Knowledge of aerodynamics and aerodynamic shape optimization is a plus
