About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our client's luxury brand team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver required items to sales associates on time
  • Provide updates on order status and delivery arrangements
  • Maintain and update clientele books
  • Identify missing items and report to supervisors
  • Support sales associates in optimizing sales by keeping them updated on store stock
  • Participate in maintenance and stock-keeping of the store
  • Ensure integrity of inventory by complying with loss prevention procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting sales teams in maintaining client correspondence
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality

Requirements:

  • Experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian (both spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a team

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
