Job Summary

Swiss Life AG is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud & Platform Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Compliance and Risk Management

You will work closely with our 2nd Line of Defence and IT-GRC teams to ensure that our IT systems and processes meet the required standards.

Security and Compliance Coordination

You will be responsible for coordinating and aligning Security & Compliance requirements between our CISO-Office (2nd Line of Defence) and the Cloud & Platform Services department (1st Line of Defence).

IT Risk Management and Audits

You will ensure the continuous compliance with Information Security & IT Risk Management requirements and coordinate internal and external security and IT audits.

Project Work

You will work on projects to implement Security & Compliance requirements and standards (e.g. DORA, CIS Controls, NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001).

Operational IT Risk Management

You will be responsible for the operational implementation of IT Risk Management (especially IT-IKS & Control Assessments like CIS, ISO 27001) and ensuring the implementation of revision recommendations from the department.

Operational IT Resilience

You will work with our BCM and departmental teams to develop and monitor Operational IT Resilience (e.g. ITSCM, Backup & DR Strategy) and ensure its implementation.

Requirements

  1. Experience

You should have at least five years of experience in the fields of Information Security, IT-Governance, IT-Risk Management, IT-IKS, or IT-Compliance, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.

Cyber Security and Cloud Expertise

You should have a deep understanding of Cyber Security and security measures around Public Cloud Services (especially MS Azure and M365).

Certifications

Certifications like CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT are a plus.

Internal Controls and Audits

You should have experience with internal controls and audits in a highly regulated financial or insurance environment.

Analysis and Improvement

You should be able to analyze complex issues and develop improvement proposals, and you should enjoy change and act as a driving force.

Communication and Presentation

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
