As a Help Desk Technician II at Stefanini, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support. You will be responsible for answering calls, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities- Answer customer calls and resolve technical issues;
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
