Customer Engagement Solutions Leader

In this key role, you will lead technical pre-sales activities for new logo acquisition and expansion at SpotMe, the enterprise event platform trusted by 12,000+ global Fortune 500 business leaders and 10,000,000+ users.
As a seasoned professional with a background in client-facing roles at growth/scale-up stage SaaS companies, you will leverage your expertise in CRM, marketing automation, video and event management products to deliver compelling solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating SpotMe products with a tailored approach to customer use cases and value proposition across key verticals.
- Providing technical pre-sales and solution engineering support to the sales team, capturing, researching and documenting customer use cases and technical requirements.
- Creating supporting assets for key deals, such as videos of important capabilities and presentations outlining user experience, data and system integrations.
- Driving technical discovery sessions with customers by addressing all buying personas with a detailed implementation plan.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in science, technology, engineering or mathematics, 3+ years in a client-facing role, familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, video and event management products, and excellent verbal/written communication/presentation skills.
