We are seeking an IT & Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT organization based at our headquarters in Lausanne.
This role involves maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of user workstations and services. You will be responsible for:
- System Management & Deployment: Install, qualify, and maintain IT systems, staying up-to-date with technological advancements.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L1 to L3 support, ensuring the seamless operation of user workstations and services.
- Network & Security Oversight: Manage and secure network infrastructures across multiple sites, enforcing top-tier security protocols.
- IT Quality & Compliance: Monitor and update IT security procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Project Leadership: Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects that align with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in VMware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Linux (Oracle/Debian), SQL databases, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash/Shell, PowerShell, Python for efficient system administration.
- Security & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to translate technical challenges into actionable solutions for various stakeholders.
