About the Role

Tomplay Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English. You will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, be patient, and able to quickly understand the user's situation. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles, using software tools, is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for analyzing user requests, providing solutions, and escalating complex issues to our technical team when necessary. Additionally, you will identify recurring problems and share your suggestions with the customer service manager and the rest of the team to contribute to the development and improvement of our customer service.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for German-speaking sales and partnership requests. You will present the company to prospects, manage the onboarding of new institutional accounts, and identify and manage a pipeline of prospects by creating custom offers and responding to sales inquiries in German or English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers via different communication channels.
  • Analyze user requests, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary.
  • Identify recurring problems and share suggestions with the customer service manager and the team.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, create custom offers, and respond to sales inquiries in German or English.
  • Present the company to prospects, manage the onboarding of new institutional accounts, and engage with German-speaking and international partners.
Requirements
  • Native German language speaker with impeccable writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping people.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles, using software tools.
  • Autonomous, able to multitask, and make good decisions under time pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required for this remote role.
