We are seeking an experienced Lead Lawyer to join our Contract Manufacturing and Business team. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage high-value contracts, and contribute to global legal initiatives within the manufacturing sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal guidance on CMB and Divestments matters.
  • Support M&A deal preparation and execution, including deal structuring and drafting agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Tax, Regulatory, IP, IT, and Legal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified lawyer in the UK or at least one European jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • Strong expertise in civil and contract law, with a solid background in M&A.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present convincingly and influence stakeholders.
