Bulgari Horlogerie SA invites applications for the position of Corporate Learning Coordinator, responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality training programs in Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop a yearly training plan aligned with corporate goals.
  2. Design, deliver, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee performance.
  3. Implement internal training initiatives, including onboarding programs.
  4. Ensure the success of language courses and assessments through participant follow-up.
  5. Manage budgets and track expenses related to training activities.
  6. Evaluate and recommend new suppliers for training services.
  7. Present training statistics to the company and LVMH Group.
  8. Establish and maintain effective communication with headquarters and other LVMH Maisons on organizational matters.

Qualifications and Experience

With a minimum of 3 years of experience in training within a multinational context, preferably in the luxury industry, you have a solid understanding of adult learning theory and its application. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have a talent for analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking. As a collaborative team player, you contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
