Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams, establish project execution approaches, and oversee initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring & control activities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Oversee commercial aspects of order execution, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, handling change management, FATs, claim management, and contract close-out.
- Report status and progress to internal stakeholders and customers, providing detailed updates.
- Contribute to internal improvement projects, applying Lean Six Sigma methods.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, including scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Familiarity with drives or traction converter value chain.
- Collaborative approach, strong written and spoken communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Professional level in English and German, with other languages an asset.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP/IPMA) and knowledge in Railway technology.
