About the Role

As a Senior Consultant – Risk, Audit and Controls, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' risk management strategies. Your extensive experience in internal control and internal audit will enable you to provide expert guidance on identifying and assessing relevant risks, as well as designing and implementing effective controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities that may impact our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Control Design and Implementation: Work closely with clients to design and implement controls that address identified risks, ensuring the success of our clients' projects.
  • Internal Audit Delivery: Execute comprehensive internal audits covering various topics, including financial and operational processes (and related IT tools), to ensure our clients' compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Innovation: Drive innovation in project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to provide value-added services to our clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results and drive impact.
  • Market Development: Contribute to the development of new market offerings and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of core business processes, IT tools, and data analysis techniques. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in delivering controls advisory or audit work, with a proven track record of providing expert guidance to clients.

Bonus Points:

  • Consulting Background: Experience working in a consulting firm or similar organisation is highly valued.
  • Accounting Certification: Possession of a partially or fully completed accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
