Job Title: Jewelry Watches Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Jewelry Watches Marketing Manager to join our team at Bulgari. As a key member of our Product Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading the marketing product strategy, product management, and marketing toolkit creation and deployment for Bulgari jewelry watches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the marketing product strategy for Bulgari jewelry watches, aligning with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2 people, ensuring their performance meets company expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including studio design, development, operations, local markets, communication, and sales teams, to ensure seamless execution of product portfolio.
  • Evolve product lines and ensure their commercialization in collaboration with Rome HQ, analyzing competitors and prices.
  • Study portfolio performance, costs, and margins, as well as go-to-market strategies, to propose relevant action plans.
  • Manage and follow-up on marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience in a High-End Jewelry Maison, with at least 3 years in a Product Management position with managerial responsibilities.
  • Expertise in both high jewelry and stones.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring passion and motivating teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to federate and bring people towards objectives.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to foresee eventualities and problems.
