About ALBA Sourdough Pizza

We're a Swiss hospitality group passionate about creating memorable experiences and strengthening communities worldwide. Our concept, ALBA Sourdough Pizza, is built around the idea of shedding a new light on traditional pizza craftsmanship. We believe in holistic services, going beyond the four walls of our restaurant to reach out into the digital world.

In this role, you'll be the face of ALBA, representing our values with a warm, smiling, and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your mission will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of orders to our customers.

You'll provide a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with customers during deliveries, assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries, and display a proactive mindset to resolve challenges efficiently. This role requires approximately 2-3 days per week, for 3-4 hours per day (5:30-9 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of ALBA and represent our values
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with a positive energy, a radiant smile, and enthusiasm. You should be able to work collaboratively and step in where needed. A valid driver's license for scooters 50cc (A1) and familiarity with local roads are essential. Basic English proficiency is required, but German is a must.
