IT Security Framework Architect

This challenging role involves building and leading an effective IT security team at TN Switzerland, a prominent digital asset trading platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the IT security strategy, ensuring integration of SecDevOps principles and regulatory compliance.
- Establish IT security policies, lead certification efforts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage internal access rights, lead incident response, and coordinate crisis management.
- Build and lead an effective IT security team while promoting a company-wide culture of security awareness.
- Work closely with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators to address and uphold security standards.
- Experience: 8+ years in information security, ideally in regulated sectors, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies; prior experience as a systems engineer is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required; master's degree preferred. Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous.
- Language: Proficiency in English required; German is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, startup-oriented approach with a focus on practical security solutions.
