Regional PG Enrolment Manager

A highly motivated Regional Postgraduate Enrolment Manager is required to expand our reach in Germany and the Netherlands by building relationships, nurturing partnerships, and enhancing brand presence across the region.

Your Role

The Regional PG Enrolment Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and contributing to the strategic growth objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Strategically plan and execute events, workshops, and discovery days to convert leads into business, driving growth in Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful connections with clients, ensuring seamless support throughout the enrolment process.
  • Market Insight & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to refine our strategy and meet market demands.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with organisations, associations, and industry stakeholders to expand our influence.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records in our CRM, actively managing and growing the sales pipeline to hit targets.
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate with marketing to boost Sommet's reputation and visibility within the education sector.

  • In-year recruitment metrics
    • In-year Recruitment Metrics: Meeting targets in enrolments and revenue growth.
    • Partnership Development: Successful growth and engagement with strategic partners.
    • Market Penetration & Client Engagement: Expanding our reach in new markets, with high engagement and conversion rates.
    • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Retaining clients and fostering long-term relationships.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree educated or equivalent experience in education recruitment, with 5+ years in competitive sales environments, ideally within business education or hospitality sectors. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and organized self-starter, you bring insight and passion to everything you do, and you're comfortable with the travel needed to meet clients and attend key events.

A competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of €80,000 per annum, as well as extensive travel opportunities due to the nature of this role.
