This role offers the perfect blend of strategy and execution, requiring a deep understanding of facilities management, laboratory planning/design, and environmental sustainability.
Your Main Responsibilities:- Perform demand analysis for new laboratory space demands in accordance with our process
- Support ongoing pilots of the digital transformation of the laboratory workplace
- Support the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for real estate and facility management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable lab practices
We're looking for a self-motivated and pro-active individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or environmental sustainability field, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in strategic or operational facilities management, laboratory planning/design, or environmental sustainability.
As a scientist or lab technician, you'll bring valuable experience and knowledge to this role, with a keen interest in transforming the laboratory workplace, preferably in a regulated environment.
