Procurement Specialist

Weber is a leading provider of facade constructions and building shells in Switzerland, with over 35 million square meters of MARMORAN facades processed to date. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our purchasing capabilities and ensuring long-term availability of resources.

This 18-month mission involves selecting, negotiating, and choosing suppliers that align with our company strategy and purchasing policy. You will work independently to implement your activities in compliance with existing standards and checklists.

• Coordinate and track tenders, enquiries, and bid analyses;
• Negotiate support for conditions with key suppliers;
• Develop and improve purchasing processes and interfaces;
• Review and update supplier data, including SAP-key figures;
• Monitor contract fulfillment and evaluate suppliers;
• Determine and realize purchasing potentials;
• Select high-performance suppliers and analyze their performance;
• Plan cost optimization measures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Purchasing. Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2 minimum) is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of SAP and an appetite for technical products are advantageous.

Roughly CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
