Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes to improve our quality management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment/system qualification and validation activities within the Quality Control department, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Decommission qualified/validated equipment and systems through Change Control procedures.
- Execute or support equipment lifecycle activities such as periodic reviews, calibration, and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and manage the timely and effective completion of equipment-related investigations, change controls, and CAPAs related to equipment activities.
- Support improvement projects regarding equipment and automated systems within the Quality Control labs department.
- Help build a strong team to expand, strengthen, and maintain the current knowledge base and expertise within Quality Control to reflect changing business needs.
Requirements
- University degree in natural sciences, applied sciences, or equivalent working professional experience.
- Good understanding of analytical technologies, GMP experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and computer system validation requirements in a laboratory environment is a plus.
- Must be well organized, a self-starter, results-oriented individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail and good documentation practice.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proactive attitude, team player, team builder.
- Good verbal and written skills in English and German.
