We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Product Specialist - Power Electronics Solutions.

This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and expansion in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) business segment.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the C&I Swiss market and providing optimized solutions for end clients, distribution partners, engineering firms, and installation partners.

You will work closely with the global product line to integrate local requirements and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining a deep understanding of market requirements based on standards and customer insights.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of local requirements.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for 2-4 new products per year.
  • Localizing data sheets and documents to provide essential technical information to partners and customers.
  • Training internal teams, distribution partners, and key customers.
  • Supporting large opportunity biddings, preparing bills of material and quotations, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Liaising with universities, industry partners, and associations to contribute to standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or marketing position in the renewable energy industry.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical education.
  • Excellent knowledge of industrial applications of power electronics, particularly in power conversion and energy storage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German. A conversational level in French is desirable.
