Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Nestled within a private park, this five-star venue is situated directly on Gstaad's renowned promenade and features 57 sophisticated guest rooms.
We are in search of a dedicated individual for the winter season.
Position: Second Housekeeping Coordinator (m/w)
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces within the hotel.
- Conduct quality inspections of cleaned areas and provide turn-down services.
- Ensure adherence to all quality benchmarks and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in organizing and executing routine deep cleaning tasks.
- Facilitate the reporting of maintenance issues in guest areas and rooms.
- Act as a point of contact for our international clientele, as well as colleagues and staff.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Lead the Housekeeping team and assume the responsibilities of the Head Housekeeper during her absence.
- Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel environment.
- Strong team spirit and a sense of personal accountability.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a polished appearance.
- Proficiency in at least two languages.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
