About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Supply Chain Development organization at IKEA. As a key member of our Data and Technology capability, you will be responsible for defining and leading the modern digital enterprise architecture for our future.



Key Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and own parts of the Data and Technology architecture work, setting the vision and direction for different digital product areas and technology enablers.
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders on different levels across the organization, from senior decision-makers to delivery teams in execution.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders, driving impact and influence through clear and structured communication and presentations.
  • Act as a speaking partner and contributor on different topics, spanning from the strategic level to specific solutioning issues.


Qualifications

This is a senior position, and we believe that you have previous experience working with similar responsibilities in the past. While an architectural background is not a must, you should have a strong technical background paired with some business acumen. You will have the opportunity to upskill and learn as we go, covering a wide range of technology topics, including Data and Analytics, AI and ML, Automation, Integrations, API and events, Standardization, and Cloud computing.

Location

We are mainly open to locations in Warszawa (PL) or Pratteln (Basel CH), with other IKEA locations like Malmö (SE) also possible for the right candidate. We do not offer full-time remote locations.
