We're currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison for Cleaning Operations to join our team in Lausanne. This exciting opportunity will involve coordinating between cleaners and customers, ensuring the successful execution of cleaning services, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding processes for new customers and agents;
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules according to customer and agent needs;
  • Ensure accurate information is captured in our systems for successful planning, execution, and billing of cleaning services;
  • Process damages and cleaning quality issues;
  • Support agents during initial training periods;
  • Provide answers to level-one administrative questions regarding payroll and contracts;
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty;

Requirements

  • Fundamental Skills:
  • Fluency in English (French and German are also advantageous);
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively;
  • Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, speed, and accuracy;
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Social, friendly, and motivated attitude;
  • Fast learning capabilities and ability to multitask;
  • Hands-on personality and adaptability in fast-paced environments;

Compensation Package: CHF 55,000 - CHF 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
