About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring 100% renewal rates and increasing service utilization. This will involve cross-selling and up-selling our range of products and services, generating proposals, pricing, and negotiating contracts with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
- Cross-sell and up-sell our range of products and services to clients
- Generate proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth client renewal processes and new customer onboarding
- Investigate and prepare responses to customer complaints and quality assurance events
- Collaborate with other regions to develop cross-border sales opportunities
Required Profile
- Previous experience as an Account Manager in a professional services environment
- Experience of selling in a global B2B sales environment
- Natural networker and team player with excellent communication skills
- A passion for research and finding solutions
- Excellent numeric, written, and commercial negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French and German is advantageous
