Job Title: Global Supply Planning Specialist
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled Global Supply Planning Specialist to join our team at Organon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain operations, from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning activities of assigned portfolio and ensuring accurate generation of requirements across supply chain nodes
- Actively develop scenarios to prevent, avoid, and support resolution of supply issues and potential constraints
- Responsible for exception management for assigned portfolio
- Facilitate global events management if required
- Escalation management: effective communication flow and escalation in tier process, using team huddles and SCEM tool
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, business management)
- 2+ years of proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or logistics
- Strong communication, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation, and partnering in a global environment
