Engine Testing Specialist

As an expert in engine testing, you will join our esteemed team in ensuring that each aircraft engine undergoes rigorous inspection and testing procedures before being dispatched to clients worldwide.
You will be working closely with our extensive network of partners and business development offices across Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East.
The specific duties include rigging and de-rigging of different engine types, performing final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International engines, documentation of activities, and continuous process improvement.
Your Responsibilities- Rigging and de-rigging of diverse engine types:
- Pratt & Whitney GTF PW1100G-JM
- Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series (PW40xx / PW41xx / PW4168)
- CFM International LEAP 1B
- CFM International CFM 56 series (CFM56-5B / CFM56-7B)
- Final engine testing: Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's guidelines
- Efficient order execution, accompanied by thorough documentation
- Ongoing process optimization
- Prior completion of a technical education course focused on metals, such as polymechanics, machine mechanics, or automobile mechanics
- Minimum of 2 years' worth of professional experience
- Effective communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Independence, precision, and accountability
- Able team player with an open mind and strong work ethic
- High regard for safety, quality, and cost management
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
- B1+ English level; knowledge of German is advantageous
