As a Client Documentation Officer with Performance Consultant SA, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the smooth operation of core banking systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Validation of KYC and client static information in core banking systems.
- Ensuring accuracy of data entered in the Wealth Management system and Account Opening Documents.
- Performing data input and authorizing records in core banking systems for simple changes.
- Handling client data provisions requests within the banking systems.
- Performing signature verification and updating client records in core banking systems.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, account documentation, risk management, and sophisticated AML/KYC knowledge and experience in banking or the financial industry.
- Familiarity with Avaloq or similar core banking systems.
- Working knowledge of the Bank's products and services and relevant regulations and policies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Exemplary integrity and work ethic, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven teamwork and consulting skills, with ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.
