Ophthalmologist Position in Switzerland

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity, eye pressure, and anatomical assessments.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans, incorporating medication, laser treatments, and surgery as necessary.
- Perform a range of surgical procedures, including cataract, laser correction, and retina surgeries.
- Provide exceptional postoperative care and follow-up to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Offer expert advice and patient education on eye care and vision correction options.
- Manage administrative tasks, including patient records and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
- See and treat 20-25 patients daily.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a competitive salary package.
- 6 weeks of leave, 5 weeks of regular leave, and 1 week for further training.
- In the first year, the gross salary is 197,000 CHF per year (16,400 CHF per month), increasing to 210,000 CHF per year (17,500 CHF per month) in the second year.
Requirements:
- Hold a medical degree in ophthalmology or be in the final year of an ophthalmology residency program.
- Proficient in German language skills, ideally holding a B2 language certificate.
