Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at HFR Fribourg - Hôpital cantonal. As a Surgical Technologist - Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize surgical materials and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene regulations and standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
• Participate in the care of patients in the operating room, including preparing and positioning patients for surgery.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to surgical procedures and patient care.

Requirements:

• Availability for all shifts, including on-call, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
• Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and hospital protocols.
